At OD's Designer Clothing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your designer items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Package Your Items

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals still attached to the garment.

Complete the Returns Form

Fill out the returns note included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the return label and send the package via a tracked courier service to OD's Designer Clothing, 44 Barrow Street, St Helens, WA10 1RY.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
